@MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Wait you pay for a fiber optic 1gb internet service? As believe me, I know the pain of the customer service as xfinity and Verizon are both owned by Comcast and essentially the same company. They have been rated as the worst service almost every year.

.@VZWSupport Why is the website so useless for getting support? Every time I try to start a chat, I’m told to sign in (I’m already signed in in another tab), but as soon as I sign in, the chat disappears. If I try to contact support, I’m told I’m not authorized. Infuriating

@MsMediaT @VerizonSupport Verizon wireless is xfinity which is my internet service and I finally got my issue resolved by filing a complaint with the FTC. I can promise you that you will be taken care of as the FTC does not play games with these companies eating all our money away.
